Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of BizPad, its platform, recommendations, services, documents, tools and related features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using BizPad, creating an account, submitting information, generating a blueprint, selecting a service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies referenced through the BizPad platform.
2. The role of BizPad
BizPad provides a technology-enabled platform intended to help users understand, organise, select and manage relevant business services. BizPad may use information supplied by the user to generate service recommendations and business blueprints.
The services shown represent BizPad's best-fit recommendations based on the information you have provided. They may not be exhaustive, and our team may contact you if additional information is required to further refine your service plan.
3. Requirements may vary
Actual requirements, documents, eligibility criteria, fees and timelines may vary depending on your business activities, location, applicable regulations and the requirements of the relevant authority.
4. Authority approvals
Where a service involves a licence, registration, certificate, approval or other document issued by a government or regulatory authority, its issuance remains subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, documentation and approval process of that authority.
BizPad, its personnel, providers or partners cannot guarantee that any authority will approve an application or issue a particular licence, registration, certificate or other document.
5. Service fees
Applicable service or success fees cover the preparation, submission and necessary follow-up associated with the selected service, as applicable.
Payment of a fee does not by itself guarantee approval or issuance of any licence, registration, certificate or other document where the final decision rests with a relevant authority or third party.
6. Timelines
The timeline shown for each service represents BizPad's standard operating timeline under normal working conditions.
Actual completion may occasionally take longer due to technical or non-technical challenges, dependencies at the service-provider end, additional information or documentation requirements, regulatory processes or other circumstances outside BizPad's reasonable control.
BizPad will endeavour to keep users updated regarding material changes or delays. Where the process is within our operational control and is not dependent on external authorities or exceptional circumstances, we strive to complete the service within the defined standard timeline.
7. User information and responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information, declarations, documents and instructions supplied to BizPad are accurate, complete, current and lawfully provided.
You must promptly provide additional information or documents when reasonably required for the selected service. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information may affect timelines, costs or service outcomes.
8. Selected services and the BizPad Blueprint
Once a service plan is accepted and payment is completed, the relevant selected services may be recorded in your BizPad workspace as a reference for service delivery, operational coordination and progress tracking.
A blueprint or service plan should not be interpreted as an unlimited guarantee that every possible business requirement has been identified. Additional requirements may emerge as more information becomes available or circumstances change.
9. Third-party providers
Certain services may be performed, supported or facilitated by independent providers, partners, payment processors, government authorities or other third parties.
Where applicable, service delivery may depend on such parties and their systems, processes, availability and decisions.
10. Intellectual property
The BizPad platform, brand, software, workflows, content, interface, databases, recommendation systems, documentation and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, reproduce or redistribute proprietary parts of the platform without written permission.
11. Suspension or termination
BizPad may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, service providers, comply with legal requirements or address suspected misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or material violation of these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizPad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, loss of opportunity or losses arising from decisions or actions of government authorities, third parties or service providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
13. Changes to the platform and Terms
BizPad may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform or update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BizPad after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the BizPad platform or services.
